What is a Deposit?

Deposits (sometimes called retainers) are collected when booking your initial appointment to secure your date and to compensate the artist for reserved time and/or drawing in the event of a cancellation. If the appointment proceeds as scheduled, the retainer will carry over across multiple sessions and be applied to the final session of the tattoo. All retainers/deposits are non-refundable.
Rescheduling

48 hours notice must be given if rescheduling your tattoo.
Less than 48 hours will result in a loss of your deposit. A new $200 must be made to reschedule.
Two consecutive reschedules will result in a loss of deposit. An addional $200 deposit must be made
No Call/ No Show

Clients who no-call/no-show their appointment will be blacklisted and banned from all future bookings. Exceptions may be made only if the client contacts me immediately after the missed appointment due to a documented emergency.
Chronic Rescheduling

Clients who reschedule more three or more times in one calender year for the same project may be required to pay a 50% of session fee to rebook. Excessive cancellations greatly affect artists and stricter policies are now being enforced.
